Care notes
Brilliant red with dark checkered pattern. Perches on coral heads and rocks — a classic pose. Hardy and bold. Will eat cleaner shrimp and small invertebrates. Not a swimmer — perches and hops between surfaces. One of the easier reef fish; excellent starter saltwater fish. One per tank.
