Care notes

Males 'flash' spectacular colors during courtship — fins flare dramatically to vivid red, blue, and orange. One of the most beautiful small reef fish. Reef safe. Excellent jumper — must have a covered tank. One male per tank; can keep a harem (1 male, 2–3 females). Peaceful and active.
