Man-made hybrid cichlid famous for its massive nuchal hump (kok) and vivid coloration. Extremely intelligent — one of the most interactive fish; recognizes owner, plays, and begs for food. Cannot be kept with tankmates. Many varieties (King Kong, Kamfa, Thai Silk, Faders). Popular in Southeast Asian feng shui culture.
