Care notes

Striking brown giraffe-spot pattern that transforms to blue/yellow on males. Famous predatory strategy — lies motionless mimicking a dead fish, then ambushes small fish that come to investigate. Grows large and aggressive. Males are territorial and dominant. Impressive showpiece cichlid.
