Care notes

Distinctive underslung mouth with a fleshy rostrum (lip) for scraping algae off rocks. Numerous wild color morphs (blue, OB, orange blotch). Females can be OB (orange blotch) morph. Aggressive mbuna — males chase females and tank mates. Found only in rocky zones scraping biofilm. OB females highly valued.
