Care notes

Develops a distinctive nuchal hump on the head (especially males). Color ranges from drab grey/black to brilliant gold-orange morphs. One of the most aggressive cichlids in the hobby. Forms strong bonds with owner. Parent to Blood Parrot hybrid.
